Questions people ask

Can I change plans later?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page at any time; changes apply immediately and Stripe prorates the difference.
What happens to my forms if I downgrade?: Nothing is deleted. Forms over the new limit stay readable and keep collecting responses until you publish changes.
How do payments on my forms work?: Connect a Stripe account once. Respondents pay through Stripe Checkout and the money goes to you; Formify keeps a small platform fee.
How do AI credits work?: AI Pro includes AI credits each month for drafting forms, rewriting questions and checking content. They refresh on the 1st. If you run out, buy a credit pack from Billing: bought credits never expire and are only used once the month's credits are gone.
Can I offer discounts on my forms?: Yes. Create discount codes (percent or fixed amount, limited to one form or a date range) under Sales, and respondents enter them on your priced forms. You can also build and send your own invoices.
Do I need Stripe to take orders?: No. Without Stripe connected, priced forms take orders to be paid in person and you mark them paid. Connect Stripe to take card payments online.
Where do I see the price?: Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. The exact amount in your currency is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm.
